www.golfclubs.ie and the facilities, services and materials available thereon (the “Website”) is owned and operated by Red Kite Limited, Company Number 393728. VAT Number IE 64137281. whose principal place of business is 25B Cambridge Avenue, Ringsend, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Red Kite”). For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions “we”, “our” and “us” refers to Red Kite.

Red Kite sells clone golf clubs (which are also referred to as golf club replicas and are unbranded golf clubs that are comparable in look, feel and performance to branded clubs) through the Website (the “Products”).


WHAT IS A PRIVACY STATEMENT ?

Red Kite respects your right to privacy and any personal information you submit to the Website will be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Acts, 1988 and 2003.

The purpose of this Privacy Statement is to let you know how we may collect, process and protect any personal data collected about you through our Website and we urge you to read the following Privacy Statement carefully. Your access to and use of the Website is subject to your acceptance of and consent to the terms of this Privacy Statement, as may be amended by us from time to time.
